Important legal notice

This platform is a purely informational, community-run tool operated by volunteers. Its sole purpose is to share, person-to-person, reports about the presence of immigration agents (ICE), police, sheriffs, or state troopers in public spaces in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Privacy and anonymity

This platform does not collect, store, or track personal data from its users. No registration, email, or phone number is required to access the map. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify users. Reports are sent directly to the administrators through WhatsApp, outside this platform; therefore, no personal information is stored on our servers.

Geolocation

This application requests access to your location solely to show you nearby alerts and center the map on your area. Your location is processed only in your browser and is never sent to, stored on, or shared with our servers. If you deny location permission, you can still use the application normally; you simply won't see your position on the map.

About published information

Reports are submitted by community members and published by volunteer administrators. This platform does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or currency of the information published. Information may be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete. Use of this information is the sole responsibility of each user. This platform does not constitute legal advice or recommendation of action.

For law enforcement

This tool is not designed to, and does not seek to, obstruct, impede, interfere with, or hinder the lawful work of any law enforcement officer. The information shared is public in nature and analogous to what platforms like Waze or Google Maps report about traffic and checkpoints. We do not facilitate evasion of the law, we do not store location history of individuals, and we do not have real-time communication systems. There is no integration with government databases.
